Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or appointment changes must be made at least 12 hours before your booking. Deposit of half the total price or full payment must be made when impressions is taken and grill design is established. The pricing varies depending on design, material, and amount of teeth and will be determined at the consultation. Please allow 4-5 weeks for production on both pickup and shipment orders. Timing may vary based on specific circumstances. Due to the nature of the commissioned item and the production process, all payments made are final and a refund will only be issued if the order cannot be fulfilled.
